Finished Moccasins and Mittens

Don’t have time to make your own moccasins or mittens?? Our wonderfully-talented and crafty artisan can make finished moccasins and mittens from our custom-ordered DIY kits. These handmade gems take time, so order early to have them ready for winter! 

The way it works is that you select one of our normal DIY kits (i.e. customized to your preferences) and our team will make it for you based on your size specs.

The cost would be the normal price for the DIY kits, plus an assembly fee for our crafter to make them (it's a time consuming process). We can typically have these done within ~3 weeks from the time of order, although this does fluctuate depending on the number of orders in the queue and her schedule. Please contact us for current production time and to place an order.

Please send us the required information for each product, as shown below:

Mittens - $150 CAD assembly fee

1) A description or screenshot of your order from the product page, including size, hide & trim types, wool colour, etc. as shown below.

2) The circumference of your hand as shown below.

3) Any additional items to include in the invoice.

4) Your mailing address

Moccasins - $175 CAD assembly fee

1) A description or screenshot of your order from the product page, including size, hide and trim types, laces colour, etc. as below:

3) Your typical shoe size 

4) Your foot and lower leg measurements, including:

a) The width and length of your foot with 2 pair of thick wool socks on (typical for average Ontario winter days). * If you plan on using these in only moderately cold or very cold conditions, perhaps do the measurements with 1 or 3 sets of wool socks.

b) The width of your calf at the widest point

c) The length of your lower leg, from ankle to bottom of the knee

5) Your mailing address

* Please note that we don't apply the soling kits, but this is easy to do yourself once they're broken in/roughed up a bit.
