Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with a product you receive from us, please contact us to find the best solution for you.  We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

In the event of a damaged product, defective component, or mistake in order fulfillment, we will replace the damaged/defective/mistaken part of the order at no cost to the customer, or issue a full refund for the cost of the product and cover return shipping costs. 

In the event of customer dissatisfaction due to incorrect size, colour, or material selection, where the order was fulfilled correctly, LOTN Outfitters will issue a full refund for returned orders of unused, non-customized products. In the case of customized products, such as finished anoraks, moccasin, mittens, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. In all cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, although LOTN Outfitters can provide a return shipping label at typically lower cost with pickup service.
