Shipping & Return Policies

As much as we would love to, there is no way for us to be aware of all local government regulations regarding importing into your country.  It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that our products can be imported into your country before ordering.  If in doubt, please contact your border services, or import office and describe the product you are looking to import.  We are not responsible for parcels which are confiscated/ destroyed or returned due to import policies or non-delivery for other reasons outside our control.  (USA customers: Please note we have NEVER had an issue sending any of our products into the US).
